When they cut ties with Collin, it was reported that he had some drug or substance abuse problem, so they cut ties then with him. If something happened to him, and they were still booking shoots and giving him money, everyone would accused them of helping him get his next fix of what ever he was doing, and if he died from that they would get blamed.
