Well when I first came here I didn't even know there were females on this site lol. So it is possible for straight guys to be here not seeking to "hook up" with any and every female they meet. As for the pictures, perhaps people feel embarassed when they actually have meaningful conversations with other people here...like they didn't expect it? It's somewhat freeing as you mention to share with some other people (not the jerks and demanders here of course) and be able to talk about it and not be thought of as a object, freak, etc. Ergo a "support" group

I've experienced a few making assumptions but nothing too out-of-hand.
Most of the ones I chat with from here are long-standing and they're good solid folks.

In the chat room, I prefer to participate in the public conversation. Most of the guys who've sent me private chat messages have wanted me to look at their galleries or cams. I'm just not into that. Unless something happens that makes me curious about a man's gallery on my own, or the man is someone with whom I've come to feel comfortable and familiar, I just have no desire to see their cocks. Once you've seen a few hundred (and I have) they all start to look a bit the same. The man himself needs to be significant for me if I'm to want to see.

On the other hand, I've had some really cool conversations with guys in chat after explaining just that.
