I'd lie if I said i don't appreciate what users like you are doing on here (sharing copyrighted videos for the sake of being a good samaritan), but I really hope you are aware that there's not a single true fact about what you just said. It's just a matter of time for LPSG receive a huge DMCA request to take all your posts down and there's nothing you can do to stop that. I'm not against you or what you're doing, but please be a little honest and don't say bullshit like that just to win an argument. Sometimes is better to keep your mouth shut.

While yes a DMCA request/broadcaster request can remove the posts. It is fact that Chaturbate itself records the broadcasters and then sends them off to third party sites. Therefore, in a sense the videos are public domain. (even if theyre behind a paywall). Which is why they aren't taken down off the other sites and a DMCA request really cant do shit for that.

The DMCA back and forth might as well just end. If the companies that post the chaturbate vids are licensed affiliates then the videos are not in public domain. Chaturbate still owns the rights depending on whatever agreement there is.

I don't know the relationship and I don't really care. All I know is there's a great deal of effort put into fulfilling requests.
 
i dont know why people are talking about DMCA and creating problems and all that. just be happy that u are getting content. people can complain complain complain and be so selfish. that y people can enjoy shit cause of those kinds of people
