Okay, my friend came home and I sent to his computer now I see what you guy's are talking about. It told my friend he had downloaded to many video's when actually he had not downloaded any videos and sent him to the premium section of upstore, then my friend said why are'nt you using what you use to use, which is we transfer I said I was trying something different and it did not work on his computer. up store is suppose to be store and share, yes you can store on it but you cannot share and I do not know why. There customer service is not the best I have sent in a couple tickets to there service couple month's ago and I just got a reply on one just recently so I would say it's not the best sure there is covid and all but a couple of month's, Okay. On my friend's computer there was no file link at all so you probably got the same message as my friend with no file link to follow through with. Do not worry about it Okay, all is fine. I usually am bad also at following instructions your not alone.
