What is the best way? I prefer to record the screen in full screen for the experience but sometimes you can't watch it completely. And sometimes the picture goes out of full screen when it buffering. I tried a hls extension to Chrome hlsloader. It works fine in capture mode and it's stuck in normal mode. You can choice quality and screen size to.
