Checking for Daily News Viewers

I've just seen today's news re. New Jersey's casino shut-downs and wonder how many of you guys saw the lines of blue-suited, tight pants policemen walking through the casino. The one on the left of front row has his genitals hanging down his right thigh. I've seen it twice today and just now kept my eyes on his crotch to make sure what I saw was dick. Yeap, not possibly anything in his pocket and not guess work about his begin pretty hung and showing. Anybody else see what I saw?
