Ricotta, cream, brie, gouda, sharp cheddar, mozzarella, parm, and a certain brand of Rat cheese that a local store sells. It comes in a huge half round cylinder. They slice it fresh, and you peel the wax off. I will buy a few slices of turkey, a few slices of the rat, a bottle of water and quietly feast.

I love cheese.....

My favourites...

Roquefort
A good strong English Cheddar (Denhay West Country one of my favourites)
Y-Fenni (Welsh mustard and ale cheese)
A ripe strong Stilton (the King of cheeses)
Comte (love this one a lot...expensive though!)
A strong socky Camembert
Jarlsberg
Gruyere
A good medium Goat's Cheese
A ripe French Brie

You like the same cheeses I do except the brie! How is that possible?

I love cheese. I've come to appreciate the stronger tasting stuff as well as the mild. I don't particularly care for the gooey cheeses like brie or sheep milk cheese. I usually eat a bit with grapes, apples, water crackers, or french bagettes.

I like your style! Can't find a decent baguette here though, which is a shame, as I prefer baguette with softer cheeses.

I've actually never had a sheep's milk cheese that was gooey!
