Slowly getting rid of Covid gains but need some help on tightening up and developing more chest and pec definition and muscle.
Any easy exercise to do at home
Anyone can recommend? Feeling just a bit too much dad bod!!

Depends on what equipment you have at home.
Minimal would be push-ups and flyes.
I have several times done a chest routine starting on the 1st day of the month with 10 push-ups; 2nd day do 20; 3rd day do 30 push-ups, etc. Some years I have made it to the 28th day=280 push-ups. You will feel stolen!
Of course you need to balance all those pushes with so.e pulls so find something to lift, row or pull on.
For flyes, if you have a bench and dumbbells, do DB flyes. You could also do them on the floor. If you have stretchy bands, put the band behind your back, hold an end each hand and protate your hands together in front.

Push ups but also dips - I feel they are superior, a bit more challenging depending on body weight. Can be done on internal corners of kitchen worktops, but best to get a dip station, or try ring dips on Olympic rings hung from a pull up bar if you want more of a challenge :)
