I recently met up with a guy that I ended up messing around with. We were extremely safe. One might even say boring...
We hugged and touched, our bodies, then eventually grabbing each other and stroking each other. We frotted for a minute or two, then ended up taking turns jerking each other. We used lots of lube, sometimes spit. We may have theoretically both had pre cum on our hands when we traded hand jobs. We never licked or sucked each other. Never even kissed.

He messaged me earlier today saying he has chlamidya. He suggested that I might have given it to him as he only started having symptoms after our visit.

Yes, I've had more encounters other than this one. But none have been more risky than this except possibly kissing. No, I haven't been tested in awhile, but I felt there was no reason to if I wasn't having oral sex.

Anyone have similar experience? Anyone catch anything doing something as "safe" as this?

Yeah. I agree....but freaked out at the same time. It's strange that he claims he must have gotten it from me. He indicated that he was negative the last time he tested and he had only had sex with his husband since then and played with me.

Just strange.

If chlamidya can spread this easy, how is it that nearly everyone doesn't have it?

The incubation period for chlamydia is almost a month. Without any sort of penetrative sex, be it oral, penile, or anal, (or semen or precum in your eyes), it's pretty unlikely that he infected you or that you infected him. AND we don't know who the husband was messing around with during the past few weeks. My best advise - don't freak out. Call your doctor, get tested AND treated. A little doxycycline goes a long way. You can be sure both doctor and staff will be jumping with joy and be willing to kiss your toes for calling about something other than covid. Seriously, you need to be seen by a professional, and just be honest with them about what you have been doing along with a full time frame.

Had this happen before. He might consider his husband's sexual activity! It sounds highly unlikely you could have given to him under those circumstances. Then again, I'm not a doctor and stranger things have happened. That aside, likely got it from his husband or another sexual partner(s). Get tested just to be sure. It's possible to be asymptomatic.

I know, guys. And I agree...which is one reason I feel "safe" playing in this manner without the stress of needing to test.

But....holy smokes. I mean, when faced with this kind of paranoia, I think of all the (even remote) transmission possibilities.

I'm sure he wasn't being 100% accurate with me in his previous encounters, but the timing does feel odd.

In any case. Appreciate the support and feedback.
