Not sure how much correlation there is between performance and oxygen saturation. This morning mine is 97% at 166 bpm in the middle of a 30 minute spinner workout.
Almost none....I say almost in case a wired study comes out

If you are a young healthy guy.....your say level is gonna be between 95 and 100

Ita gonna be hard to lower it.....other stuff fails first....

Think about it...if you 30 minute spint workout is anything like the ones we had when I played college football

You lungs are gonna feel like they are gonna explolode.....you legs are gonna be burningbwith lactic acid.....and you well vasilate between sweet Jesus make it stop....and I'm about to throw up

Yet you managed to not even lower your Sat lower that middle of normal

Are you saying my saturation level should be below 95% during high exertion activity? i'm middle aged btw.

No I was saying that if you are healthy....it's really hard to get below 95....even during hard hard excercise....

You just busted you ass sprinting.....kinda hard to work harder...yet still 97

More a mark of....well your healthy
