I know that the guy is not Felix Fox, it's Chris Fosgate, but they seem to be claiming that the kid in the videos is underage. It could be because the Chris said he was underage in early videos, which would be problematic. Even then the guy is gross and disturbing to casually say he is underage and it is no big deal. Because he admits to enjoy seeing CP instead of asking to delete the videos if he believes that the guy was underage.
