Y’all have one “probably falsely accused guy” and forget all the Harvey Weinstein’s and Bill Cosby’s you also defended... but carry on. Once the final verdict on this case comes out, we can check our scores.
Well looks like AMC reinstated his job so what does that tell you? The man is innocent. There’s no way AMC would risk it if he wasn’t innocent.

Since you love to google:
Why don’t you google the percentage rates of women lying vs the ones saying the truth?
Why don’t you go and look at the statistics that most women have been sexually abused or harassed?
Why don’t you look at how many times it takes a woman to leave an abusive relationship?

I never said women don’t lie or haven’t. I said the percentage of women who say the truth is above 96%, meaning 96/100 women are saying the truth and you want to discredit all 100 of them for 4 women?
You want to defend all 100 men when 96 of them are guilty? You wanna look like an asshole 96/100 times?
Have you ever been wrongfully accused of rape?
How many men here have been wrongfully accused of rape? I’ll wait.
I haven’t been accused of rape, but I have had my father accused of paedophilia, and convicted of it, just because of a woman at my daycare thought I was acting strange, and in her mind a kid acting strange must be because of violations at home. And so a female social secretary took it to court and voila, my entire childhood was ruined, having to live with less-than-sympathetic fosterparents, because a woman felt she knew how a kid should behave. Because a woman cannot tell a lie..

Sorry, are you seriously usimg the 2% false claim number?
You do know the aource for that number right?
http://digitalcommons.lmu.edu/cgi/viewcontent.cgi?article=2216&context=llr (especially page 9-13)
That number was from a note from a speech someone held in a conferenceroom. This is not based on any atudy that could be founds and reports that cite this 2% number all eventually trace back to this speech. Meaning, this is not a reliable source and therefore not a reliable number. Women saying the 2% is about the same as with other criminal charges is also based on that one single event.

According to the report, of the cases that went to court, in about 25% of the cases the primary suspect was freed because of DNA evidence. The report also concludes that even if all the people that took plea-bargains and all those two-thirds that were freed in court were all indeed guilty, this still leave about 16% innocent men.

It also mentions, in regards to a report about the 2%-claim that:
”The cited pages in Fischer's article do not address the issue at
hand; but further in her text, one encounters the following footnote:
"When researchers replicated these studies using policewomen or
trained rape investigators, however, the unfounded rape rate dropped
to two or three percent.”
With previous mentions in that report again just referrimg back to the same remark during a speech. So it would seem that when female officers handle the rapecases a lot of charhes are dropped? Maybe the female victims were not victims at all but rather tried to play the male officers into feeling bad for her?

There are several cases where it later is revealed that a woman was drunk and cheated om her boyfriend, and being scared that he would be angry and leave her she files a rape-case. Heck, the Wikipedia article on false rape accusations list districta where a LOT of cases were just women being drunk and having memory blackouts.
”A 2008 internal review by the Helsinki Police Violent Crimes Department stated that, in 2008, more than 20% of reports of sexual assault led to "no crime" decision. Chief Inspector Juha Rautaheimo voiced frustration at investigating what he believed were non-crimes. Sergeant Marja Vuento stated that many reports were made by people who were drunk and inconsiderate, and that the number of baseless rape reports had risen hand in hand with the increase of women's alcohol consumption. According to police the most usual reasons for baseless reports were memory breaks due to excessive alcohol consumption and creating an alibi against a cheated partner.
In 2014 The Helsinki Police posted a Facebook message discouraging people from filing false reports of rape or sexual assault after a drunken night. In a subsequent post the next day Police claimed that 2/3 of cleared sexual crime reports in the first half of the year 2014 in Helsinki were either completely wrong, no crime was included or the accuser had dropped the claim.”

”In 2015 the Rostock police in Germany observed the false allegations had increased in number and claimed 80% of sexual attack allegations in the town were "faked ones". Chief Criminal Investigator to district Britta Rabe opinied the reason for faked allegations was in many instances the women trying to justify her mistaken conduct to her husband, friend or parent.”

Can anyone find the video of him in the speedo, in the hot tub, from Attack of the Show? There were A LOT of wet bulge shots.
The man is gorgeous, and the Speedo shots from Attack Of The Show are a delight...but damn, why did he have to shave his chest smoother than a baby's bottom before the show? :confounded:

Looks like he's let his chest hair grow out again
Chris Hardwick on Instagram: “@thetylershields took these pics with an old underwater Nikonos camera. @lydiahearst rightly pointed out that I look like one of those…”

he does look better with his chest hair... he did a Bowling series on his nerdist site- where he and 3 other nerds would take on various other teams- one was a team from the WWF. He did a bit where his shirt was ripped open and it was nice and hairy... I haven't been able to find that again.
