The thing about Ms. Ames is that she didn't commit suicide over twitter. Her suicide letter was to her husband and her family. Twitter wasn't mentioned. She was allegedly molested by her grandfather. When she told her parents, they called her a liar and shipped her off to a foster home. Her dad didn't speak to her again. (After she died, her brother painted the family as loving and close. This was a lie.)

She struggled with depression and discussed it openly the year she killed herself, on a podcast/interview with Holly Randall. She killed herself over derpession, a struggling marriage (there is an Audible book/podcast about this), and her life of struggling with this and other subjects. She used the twitter mess as a catlyst, in my own opinon, but here letter before suicide didn't mention twitter at all.

The straight industry uses homophobia as a sheild. Anytime they face problems, it's the LGTBQ to blame. It's sickening. Even worse now that so many men who have pushed and upheld this ignorace now survive by selling booty pics OnlyFans.

Like I said, the girl clearly had other issues...sad.

Do I feel bad for her? Yes and no. As no one should ever be abused/molested. But she was also homophobic, so...my sympathy falls short.
