If it's only been a day or two wait a little longer before making up your mind. It takes several days for the drug to build up in your system. If you are in a hurry you can simply take three or four of the 5 mg tablets at once.

So here i am at 25 years old suffering from ED which was pissing me off and i went to the doctor who gave me some Cialis 5mg to use every 2 days ...

Are such treatement permanent or temporary ? I mean will the Cialis (Tadalafil) help fix the problem and i will eventually have a normal sexual life without or is it going to become part of my daily life ?

I am 62 and stqrted having problems with prostate. My doctor put me on 5 mg each day and I noticed a big difference within days. I take 10-20 mg when i know I going to have sex and usually have no problems. The Cialis make your cock fill with blood. This just makes my cock harder. I havn't nocited any further problems with the prostate. There is really no way to tell if your going to have to stay on Cialis. I would just review the things that may be causing your ED and and do accordingly. If you can fix the problem yourself you may never have to use the drug again. Best of luck.

Every ED medication may help you achieve an erection. Period. That's it!
No ED medication makes you any bigger than your natural maximum potential.
If there were any legitimate pills that would make you bigger, they would be produced by a major pharmacuetical compnay and nationally advertised during every sporting event in the world!

Cialis is not suppose to give you any intense orgasms or make any difference in size. It is suppose to help those who have ED to get an erection. It does not guarantee that it will work in everyone everytime. Sometimes it works for me and sometimes it doesn't. There are many factors that are involved in getting and maintaining an erection.

There is no way to obtain authentic Cialis without a prescription. Counterfeit medication is a huge problem, even in the US and some fake Cialis has been found to contain fiberglass and highway paint. Fortunately, easy to get Rx here.

Have had several PM questions about Cialis / Viagra / generic sildenafil so thought I'd clarify here...

Sildenafil is the generic name for Viagra; the usual dose is 50 or 100 mg an hour before intercourse. Sildenafil is also the generic name for Revatio which is used for a different disease (pulmonary hypertension) and the dose for that condition is 25 mg every six hours. Same drug but branded for different uses.

The patent for Viagra has not yet expired and each tablet costs about $40. The patent for Revatio has expired and each generic tablet costs about $1. The patent for Cialis runs for another 18 months or so I think so it's still expensive also. And, FWIW, you can use sildenafil daily in the same way Cialis is used (for BPH and / or ED).

So, you can buy generic sildenafil (previously branded as Revatio) 25 mg tablets and take one, two, three or four prior to intercourse.

Correction - the Revatio sildenafil tablets are 20 mg so the dose would be 1 - 5 tablets an hour prior...
