To me both Viagra and Cialis are great aids when used in certain ways. Most recently I've used one or the other in conjunction with a heavy metal ring of 1.75" ID. I pull my testicles through one at a time then put some Vaseline on my penis and push it through the ring between my testicles. To remove I reverse, that is I push my penis back through the ring then pull my testicles back out one at a time.

Anyway I take a Viagra or Cialis, go to bed and after I fall asleep get an erection that is hugely enlarged in girth because of the metal ring, I go in and out of sleep as I feel my cock throb through the night. In the morning I wake up to a huge pig of a penis that is sometimes difficult to get calmed down in order to remove the ring.

My flaccid size has been 6.99999"X about 5.8" for years. In the last 9 months or so I've gone to a 7.2"X6" flaccid. It doesn't sound like much but it makes a huge difference in looks and the way it feels.
CAUTION: Do not try this unless you are confident you can escape the ring!! Also, this causes darkening of the penis in the morning because of the restricted blood flow. So far this has not been an issue for me, but it may be for you! M
