Have never commented here before but felt like I could offer some helpful input. Agree with you on the Cialis vs Viagra. The effect is longer (up to 48 hours for me) without the harsh side effects. (headaches, flush, elevated blood pressure).

There's no question you can do better than that price. I use viagra and cialis interchangably, and get great results from both. Viagra gives me a hard cock in just 20 minutes and lasts for about 6 hours. Cialis takes about 2 hours to get me up hard, but then it lasts for 2 days. A full dose of either is too much for me, half being just right. But the side effects of V are unpleasant even at 50mg, and no such effects occurred with C even when I took a whole pill. Effect of V lasts a couple of days for me, C more like four. Never had trouble getting erections and reaching orgasm, but I really like the superhard effect produced by these pills. Everybody is different. I had side effects with both.
Viagra was worse than Levitra. I have not tried Cialis.

Viagra gave me blue vision, pressurized face and body, shortness of breath.
Levitra gave me the pressurized face and body feeling, and a little shortness of breath.

Talk to your doctor about it, and see what is best for you. These meds are not a rec. drug..they can kill you if your not careful.

Cialis is fantastic, and the more regularly you take it the better it gets. It allows for spontaneous sex again. I get mine from an online pharmacy, and I plan ahead with my orders so I never run out. The generic Cialis works well, is cheap, and the pharmacy I use is very reliable.

There is no one set rule here. Both Levitra (Vardenafil) and Viagra (Sildenafil) use the same delivery method and have similar side effects. My main problem with moderate ED is that without everything else being perfect, neither one is horribly reliable.
Heading for market and awaiting approval now are some different alternatives using these drugs. Europe has had Kamagra Gel for some time and from those who have used it, I hear of fewer side effects.

Cialis is a difficult one in some ways. When I use an oral it is Cialis. The effect lasts longer, but the down side of Cialis is that it can cause esophageal erosion and many get "heartburn" from it. Surprisingly this can happen at even very low dosage.

For me personally, low dosage Cialis (the chemical name is Tadalafil) is the best oral, but it is not without problems and it's effectiveness is also dependent on other factors.

If my hormone levels are low it is absolutely worthless taken as a low dosage daily, and it also in me does not provide the strength in erection I want.

I am on injectable as well and I by far prefer the injectable, but it really kills any chance of spontaneous sex. What I find I have to do if I want to get by on oral is to use very low dose tadalafil and then when there is a good chance of sex, boost it for that 36 hour period. That is the closest I can get to the performance of the injectable.

Has allowed me to get off of my Lipitor for high Cholest, could do without the Cialis if I wanted to and a host of other benefits including lowering my blood pressure. Anyway for me it has been very beneficial. I can only refer you to their site or google it. You must get a prostate check before using it also. Hope that helps.

I've got mature onset diabetes (using insulin now) and hypertension, so I'm on BP meds and lots of other stuff, and needed help with my ED.
