this is part true,but i find it to be the other way around as all of the cut cocks i have seen [ IN REAL LIFE NOT IN PICS,] have been a little larger than the uncut cocks. so i guess we can only wonder why it is. maybe someone will spend billons of dollors to find out LOL but know matter the size they bring lots of fun for all.
