Bearlover: Yes, see a urologist.. Seems like a very deep incision was made to remove the frenulum as well. Who did the circ?

Side-note: It looks like hypertrophic scarring although the photo angle is not the best to see it.. Here are some pics of similar scarring:

Doesn't appear to be but as myself and the others said, see a urologist.

The scarring is normally not aesthetically pleasing to the owner or others and can also cause irritation. But hey, if you are happy to live with it..

Your dad did? In every country I know it is illegal for any family members to perform any surgery on in some places even prescribe drugs to fellow family members. Even if it wasn't, most would refuse anyway..
