I recently had my circumcision tightened (for the second time) as I realised I got much better sensations when I held the skin down super tight against my balls.

The first two pics are before, where you can see the original high but loose scar and the second lower scar.

The next few are of now where I have a lower but very tight circ. Tighter definitely feels a lot better
