Ok but what does that mean and whats the purpose of it? Because most other circumcised penises i see (including adult op ones) are smooth where my "skin tag" is at.

Am just trying to understand why surgeon left it on.
It has no purpose. He or she didn't leave it on purpose so to speak. It grew that way afterward. It's a complication of male genital cutting. The foreskin is fused to the glans in infancy. When they peel the foreskin away so they can clamp it (to control bleeding) and amputate it, the glans also bleeds. Then the circ wound heals to the bloody glans. This makes skin tags, skin bridges and skin tunnels in the worst cases.

I've attached a pretty ugly example.

Your doctor obviously didn't know what he was doing. There's no reason it should have been left there. It could potentially cause problems, especially if it gets snagged on something.

I'd find another doc to consult.

Davey, the "bulge" on the frenulum side (ventral side) is not a skin tag. It *looks* like the doc left a lot more skin on the ventral side than on the dorsal side. It would help diagnose your issue if you could post a picture when fully erect and skin pulled back as much as possible (without being overly tight) and taken in front of your penis. aka: showing the ventral side of your glans, frenulum and shaft. What I would need to see is your circumcision scar as it runs on the ventral side (if you had a dorsal slit, there would not be a scar on the ventral side) as well as the shape of the frenulum. My initial thoughts upon seeing your pictures is that you could do with another minor snip on the ventral side. (so not a circumcision per say since the new scar wouldn't go all the way around). This would remove some leftover skin and even things out. But seeing the requested picture would greatly help knowing what type of circumcision you have.

I am tight circumcision, frenulum intact. I had no choice as it was done when I was about 4 years old, I don't know why, my brother was not done so one day I suppose I should talk about it with my mother as to why but a 48 yo guy talking to his mum about his todger

When I was at school I was a bit self conscious but after my first few sexual experiences I realised the girls actually liked it that way "oh lovely a clean dick" was often the comment (an also the guys I have sex with now and then like it too)

Do I regret not having a foreskin ...... how can you regret missing something you have had no real expirence of.

Mate

My ringmeat, my circumcision join, is about two inches behind my glans. There is very little loose skin on the shaft of my cock and the head is totally and always bare and exposed. I like it that way and it gives me two concentrated pleasure areas - my glans and the area around my ringmeat.

I can only speak from experience - what you go for is ultimately up to you. Good luck with your choice mate.

Looks like you need a revision to tighten up the circ and remove the skin tag.

Well im bit lost here lol with all these different ways of being cut.

Last July i had to get circumcised for medical reasons and I think i have a loose circumcision with the frenulum intact but am not sure. Have never seen anyone else yet with the same type of cut, with a little lump on the end.

jafar, that's the second "revision" you've advised in one evening. A definite a sign of having a circumfetish.

There is usually a visible difference between circumcisions done in France and in North America. Most French circumcised men have the scar closer to the glans than Americans, who usually have a centimeter or two of what was the mucus membrane. I imagine that this is a difference due to technique taking into account the age.

Not just in France. ITYF that that is pretty normal across the whole of Northern Europe. It's rare that you find a European guy with a circumcision scar that is very far from the rim of the glans.
