I do not have ring around mine when i am soft or hard, but rather just a slight ripple in the skin where i was cut. My circumcision scar is about 3/4" from my head when i am soft and when hard it is not noticable at all.

Mine has a thin brown line on one side but the other side has cauliflower scar tissue from where the skin separated. The assfuck who cut me didn't leave the clamp on long enough and so he sutured it. Badly. I have a few suture tunnels too.
