Clamping time

I clamp 5 days out of 7 and I started with 15 minutes a day now I am getting in two 15 minute sessions a day and love the results.

So, your wanting to start, and at 15 min? I would slow up on that and would recommend a 5 min session. Then add another 5 min after a break to get fresh blood back in your dick if you feel you need more. Do it every other day, add a minute/ week There's actual sites that deal on this subject. 15 minutes in a day is normal, so you don't need to worry. read the google to make sure..

The basic rule is 10 minutes.I have never seen anyone outside some shill or goof recommend more than 10 minutes.

You better start at 10 and work up to 15 minutes.Clamping is the most injury prone PE tool and 10minutes causes discoloration bad, I can't imagine what 15minutes will do.
