Does anyone know how hung or unhung these badass actors from the old days were?
I'll start off with the legendary Charlie Chaplin. I heard he had a baseball bat in his pants.

You're right... Norma Desmond was Gloria Swanson in Sunset Boulevard. "Nora" Desmond was Carol Burnett. Except, there was an episode where Gloria Swanson was Carol's guest and there were two "Nora" Desmonds. It was hilarious.

Swanson was one of the greatest actresses who ever lived, but, aside from Sunset and Airport 1975, all her work is in silent film and no one watches that stuff today -- too bad. One of her films -- Queen Kelly -- was directed by Erich Von Stroheim who played Max in Sunset. They show a clip in Sunset.

I liked any actor with a big hairy chest. Clint Walker was probably the best.

The hottest guy, though, was Stephen Boyd. He was the bad Roman in Ben Hur. He was also in Fantastic Voyage. He had a chiseled face and a great body. He died young in 1977.

John Gavin when we played a Nazi soldier returning home on leave near the war's end. I think this movie was made around the late 1950s and he was hot and hairy as hell!

Bill Holden is one of the reasons I started this thread. He had to be one of the SEXIEST actors in his day, and rumor has it that he was pretty nicely hung. Hmmmm, nice to picture, huh? He was very desired by many of the top female actresses at the time, I believe.
