That looks pretty successful, we'll have to give it another go. I think although my cock was in the mix in 1:30 it should have been sooner, it really felt it was going quite solid at that point.

Clone a willy kit I purchased did not have enough silicon to do the last 1.5 inches of my cock. If you have a large penis I would recommend buy 2 just to have enough silicon.

I also agree about a cock ring for staying hard.

I found most success with plaster bandage, that they strap you up with in hospital when you break a leg. Maintaining an erection is still a problem - it takes a bit of time, but it's less messy than the kit.
