Sounds like some Viagra or Cialis is in order for us older gents to make a model, I'm fucking stoked. I would love to have a model of my cock, it would DEFINATELY BE A CONVERSATION PEICE!

I don't remember the exact time, I don't think it's actually more than a few minutes though, and I think you can get the alginate that sets more quickly than what I had too...

Roosevelt, I think that is a GREAT IDEA. We here at the site would LOVE TO SEE IT! I have a sneaking suspicion that it will be VERY IMPRESSIVE, and then you can give us all of the awesome details on how it was done. You're a blacksmith right? You are the youngest blacksmith I have ever seen, dovetails nicely with weapons assembly and modification. You're a pretty impressive dude Roosevelt!

I have done this - I seem to remember posting about it in one of the other similar threads..
Anyway, I bought each material separately - alginate powder and silicone rubber.
As already mentioned here, the temperature of the water you mix with the alginate is quite important, too hot and it will set instantly. With cool water the one I used took about 4 minutes to set. A bit of vaseline stopped it sticking to me (a trim of hair helps too!) and I used an empty plastic soda bottle with the top cut off as a container.
The silicone just needs the hardener mixing in and then pouring into the alginate mould, and then left overnight to cure. Then the mould is pulled off and voila!..it was a PERFECT copy, very detailed and textured to the last pore :smile:
Actually I'd love to make another one or two but the cost of shipping the materials out here is a bit expensive.. we'll see :smile:

P.S. I think I have somewhere the website addy of the UK company I ordered from if anyone wants it - I'm sure the same materials can be found in the US too.

I got a clone-a-willy kit free in a competition, I made the mould fine it had all the details.. however I was disapointed when I mixed all the rubber gloop up and poured it into the mould to, it filled to about 2" from the top of the mould. Sadly they dont give you enough rubber if you are larger.. shame.

I wish I had read Tagy's response before my partner and I shelled out 35 euros....
For those of us xxl guys, there are several problems with clone a willy.
1. don't bother completely filling the tube as they indicate with the gel if you are really long and thick as I am....stupidly, I thought it would mould around my cock but, of course, there wasn't much room in the tube for gel once my dick was in it and most of the gel ended up on the carpet
2. if you have a really thick dick as I do be aware that the tube is just barely wide enough. There wasn't room for gel on both sides, thus defeating part of the idea of the mold
3. and finally, Tagy is right. There isn't enough rubber if you are xxl hung. I was really disappointed to discover that the mold only filled half-way given the volume of my dick. This is something they should correct I think....
I would like to try it again, I think the product would work, but they need to send those of us truly hung xxl more supplies like rubber, etc. Or put a caveat on their product for very well hung men.
