A few people have talked about these on here. It was just a couple of months back if you search it you will pull it up. Just type in extension and I think that you will find your information. Does your wife want to do this? I have never used one, but I know that we used a vibrator one time that you could put different sleeves on it to change the size and shape. I know that they did not seem to stay on perfectly. You may get to enjoy watching it, but I doubt you will benefit physically from it.
