Cock head/glans pump

I love my conventional pump cylinder but often enjoy just working on the head. I've seen cock head set-ups but they usually just resemble a much shorter version of a cylinder. Then i saw this guy on xhamster, and he has a head pump I can't identify.

Anyone got one like this or can recommend a specific model?

This is part of a Phallosan Forte, you could theoretically use it like this, but remember your head would be limited by the expansion size of the bell - they do different sizes, but it wont give as much room as a cylinder would.

I use one all the time for all night stretching - once you find the right attachment sleeves (the included ones are way over expensive and difficult to use) Its a really good product

Thank you so much for that great reply. At the £269 price tag (plus an import duty into the UK) it is quite an expensive outlay, but I found a youtube video showing how to use it, and it does look like a quality product.

I guess the guy in the xhamster video is using it without the waist strap, making it look like a cockhead device. I see a lot of the reviews mention a weakness in the sleeves, and I notice they are currently offering 3 extra sleeves for free. Are you saying you use sleeves from another source?

the blue large ones They are stretchy and properly grip without getting damaged. Imagine folding it back on itself over the bell, then putting your head in, then folding it back down. Thats how it works
