I definitely do gaming while using my extender. It comes in handy as others have said while keeping one's mind off the pressure. Preferably a jrpg or something with an internal clock to tell me how long I've been playing and make sure I rank up over an hour time I wear the device. I also came to wear my a 2 inch lubed up ballstretcher along with it. Whatever pressure it gives me I turn off that stress with a good game on the projector and pause for 15 minutes between sessions. Though, honestly don't play more than a couple hours. I cook, clean and work around the house while wearing an extender. I even go on walks around the local mall. Though, it do loose track of time and exceed the time to wear the extender and ballstretcher. Just be careful. Monitor numbness and readjust every hour. Doing something to keep your mind off the stress is important, but try not to get too settled. You shouldn't be gaming more than a couple hours anyway if it isn't a physical endurance like DDR, just dance or wii sport. In that case I would avoid those specific games.
