How long can you wear a cock ring?

I've got a OxBalls Bull Ring. It's super comfy...so Im wondering how long I can wear it for. I'd like to stretch out my balls and cock with it, and wear it overnight.

I have a triple divider leather cockstrap with snaps. I sometimes wear it all day under my work clothes just because. really can not understand for what some guys wanna wear a cockring.
I think it looks awfully uncomfortable and not good for genital health as well.
It would be rather harmful for strangulation of the blood supply for penis and testes.
