Funny you mention this, I actually made one last night just to mess around with. I went around the shaft, I tried around the balls, but it really hurt. I measured a gain of a 1/4" in length and girth by using it, but it also cut down on the stimulation. The veins in my cock were bulging, it was insane. I have a couple pics in my gallery. Even though what I used was not intended for that, it's nylon and adjustable, and comes off easily. It wasn't really uncomfortable either.

Wear one that's large enough, and if metal freaks you out, wear one made from plastic, rubber, leather, etc.
