This is probably an intensely stupid question, but here it is anyway: When I wear a cock ring, the first 3/4" of my penis gains about 0.75" in girth while the rest of my penis gains only about 0.25" in girth. I would rather have the extra gains be more evenly distributed or at least move the bulge to the center of my cock where I could put it to better use.
All of which raises two questions: First, why does my expand so much at the very base when I am wearing a cock ring? Second, is there anything I could do to coax my cock into expanding more evenly?
