Anybody know a source of larger cock rings or better yet, vibrating cock rings? The largest size is typically 2" in diameter which will choke the thicker guys.

Try Gear Essentials they go a little larger and they seem to be large enough. Particularly like the Omega.

I had understood that these rings for the penis were to achieve a stretching of the virile member, for what I see according to what you comment, these rings for the only thing that they serve it is to support the blood retained in the penis.
