Cock-Size, soft and hard

I would like to hear from other guys about how much their cocks grow when they get hard. My own piece increases in length by half, or 50%.

I have also observed that the boys who are the biggest when soft, grow the least when they get hard. And, guys who have the fewest inches soft, usually grow the most when they get hard.

Also guys who are the biggest when hard will probably shrink the most when they go soft. And, guys who are the smallest when hard will usually lose the least when they shrink.

Does anyone else have input on this?

I'm def a grower. Maybe 2-3 inches and fat when soft. When its warm out, maybe 3-4 inches. When hard, up to 3x thicker and 6 - 6.5 inches when hard.
