haha it's an acutal sock, like an ankle sock, that has been padded and such

so that the opening fits over the genitals and doesn't fall off, but is padded so that there is still a bulge, and there's no sagging (basically what's the point of wearing one if all it is, is a sock with your dick swinging around in it? you'd still see everything

but that's basically what we use on stage. some movie sets will use a flesh coloured mesh thong or gstring for both guys and girls. but in that instance, you really are MUCH closer to naked.
