Cocktailing at a Strip Club

I've just tried the outfit on and i feel fat.... I'm not use to being completely bare ass almost.

Little black (boy) shorts, red corset (black push up bra because i desperately need it)....

Perhaps I need to post a picture up of this. I need some HONEST feed back... maybe mama better stick to jobs where her fat ass aint so exposed.

I checked out your picture. You've got nothing to worry about.

You're not even that exposed. Waitresses at Hooter's wear less.

A shame about the semblance of lost opportunity.

Does it make you feel any better to know that organized crime really does run almost 100% of the strip joints in the USA and Canada, just like on The Sopranos?

Haha, yeah essentially. I don't know... i may as well just bartend again somewhere really nice rather than cocktail on the grind somewhere.. It seemed exciting.

I think this is a wise decision. I think the novelty and excitement would wear off quickly in the day to day grind. It's hard going in the pen to slop the hogs everyday without getting some 'dirt' on you, and after awhile, the stench is harder to wash off.

You look great in the outfit btw, not just because of your body, but from the way you work the attitude.
Now get your hair did up, put on something pretty, and go get a job in a classy joint. Bartending can be a
great networking opportunity. Put yourself around the kind of people with whom you want to be associated.
Who knows, you might even meet some gentlemen who appreciate you for your brains too.

I guess I'll throw in my two cents, since I worked in strip clubs for years in several cities in the U.S. First, you can make a lot of money at this (even as a cocktail waitress). It's imperative that you are good at "customer relations"....and I don't mean that in a sexual sense. It's important to be professional and polite. If you have self confidence (not easily intimidated), and can manage your interactions with men (and other women for that matter, you will be expected to maintain good working relationships with other cocktail waitresses/dancers/management), then you can make a surprising amount of money for the number of hours you work.

Also, show up for work on time....hair, makeup, nails, etc need to be done when you show up for your shift. Also, don't let your personal life become an issue in the performance of your job (jealous boyfriends, parents, kids, etc). The club's management has to deal with way too many of those issues already.

You're very attractive....and that's hugely important. If you have the temperament, then you may really enjoy your work (and make great money besides). I would recommend giving it a shot....you'll know within two weeks whether or not it's for you.

Dexter

Well said!

My school had a knack for pushing out strippers. I had like 4 friends that became strippers (including the school mascot, but that's a different story all together). Most of them started out as waitresses and moved on to actually stripping.

You have to have a lot of self confidence/respect, according to them. Guys (and women) are going to test you, in the worst case scenarios, so be ready for that. Like Dexter said, you'll know soon enough if it's for you.

I think it would have been soul sucking. Just from accounts I've heard in the past.

I would have supported you if you had done it, but I'm glad you backed out. Actually I think my friend I housesit for cocktails at an Austin strip club. I totally forgot.
