Cocktails anyone?

Having a little cocktail party tonight (strictly a cocktail party, in that we are only providing drinks...maybe some cocktail weenies...hehe)...so if you were in town, and decided to stopy in, what would you like to see served?

I'm not much on fruity stuff, so I usually stick to my good ole' Rum (Bacardi 151) and Coke (diet, heh). Pretty bland in taste, but am sure my guests would like to see some new and interesting drinks.

So pulease, put up your favs...recipes would be great too, if ya feel like it...

7 up and Captain Morgan Spiced rum

This is a fruity drink but will kick your ass.

2 Shots Malibu Rum - White Bottle
2 Shots Captain Morgan's Spiced Rum
2 Shots Barcardi Silver Label
2 Shots Peach Schnapps
2 Shots Triple Sec
2 Shots Cointreau
1oz. Lime Juice
1oz. Lemon Juice
4oz. Orange Juice
4oz. Pineapple Juice

Blend well with ice. Pour into tall glasses and top with Grenadine Syrup.

If you want to get all fancy serve Ramos Gin Fizz. Practice ahead of time though.

Champagne Cocktail - Champagne, a bit of sugar & a dash of grenadine.

Buy some melba toast squares, goat cheese & sun-dried tomatos (bottled, soaking in olive oil) - slap it all together (warm it in the oven if you want) and you've got some hors d'oeurves!

(It seems fancy, but it's so easy... have a fun party!)

Single malt scotch. No Dewar's or Chivas. Ugh.
Vodka Martini, preferably with Finlandia. Lots of olives.
Flavoured martinis are good. My ex made the best chocolate martinis ever. I've tried to duplicate it exactly to no avail.
Reindeer tears (cranberry juice and vodka)
Sangria. My specialty. I have two good recipes if you want them.

A Mexican martini. Salt please...and do you have any green olives? I like my martinis to be like an alcoholic olive soup.
