What negative sideaffects does drinking a lot of cola have on penis size? I havent seen this question on here so I thought id ask.

From the sugar: Tooth decay, weight gain, inhibited absorption of nutrients, bone decalcification, etc.
From the caffeine: addiction, emotional fatigue, dehydration (Yes, caffeine is a diuretic), etc.
I'd say that whatever effect caffeine has on penis size, it isn't a good one.
But that shouldn't be your only reason not to drink it.

I'm sure there are some that have not been mentioned.
But even if it doesn't affect penis size, it affects erections.
Caffeine is a vasoconstrictor which means it makes blood vessels smaller, making it harder to have/sustain an erection. It will also release adrenaline into the body. Adrenaline will decrease blood supply to the penis (adrenaline triggers your body's survival mode, and your penis is not a priority at that point).

Not to mention carbonic acid(the compound that makes soda carbonated) has a pH of 3, same as your stomach acid. Consumption of that can't have any benifit to your health either.
