cold penis and scrotum

    I nearly always have a cold penis and scrotum and want to know if anyone else has it aswell and if they know what would fix it?

    Wear more clothes. If it's a circulation issue, do more cardio.

    not good, go to see a doctor.
    it should be the hottest part of a man (on the meaning high temperature, dont get me wrong).

    See a doc. I had the same symptoms when I had a prostate infection and it swelled up a bit, blocking bloodflow to groin during the day.

    How cold? The reason your scrotum exists is because the testies must be kept colder than normal body temperature to function properly, which is why they are hung outside the body. So, the scrotum being somewhat cold is perfectly normal and in fact necessary. On the other hand, if it is excessively cold, and lacks normal color, something might be constricted.
