Well, people being careless with it is what causes injuries and infection with STDs. If you're ever going to try it, it should always be with someone who's willing to let you be in control, and to go at your pace. You can't expect to just put it in and start fucking like you'd see in a porn; Real sex doesn't work that way, especially anal sex. It gives people these fantasies of "pounding" people "until they bled", and I can again ensure you that it ain't fun to have someone tear you up inside like that. By the time they tell you to step, the damage has already been done.
A condom, plenty of lube, being okay with it not working the first time or two and not being forced is all it takes to find out if you really enjoy anal sex or not. Going on a random hookup and expecting to lose your anal virginity is the totally wrong way to go about it. I've talked to far too many guys who lost theirs this way, and they've usually admitted to me that it was forced on them.

No, not exactly. They're obviously cast from the models but then geometrically enlarged to their ridiculous sizes. All porn stars are routinely labeled much larger than they actually are; 7's are called 9's and 8's are labeled 11's. As a bottom type guy I can say I've only been fucked by a handful of guys that were over 9-ish inches. If they go really slow and let you accomodate them they eventually get to this place inside you and you can feel it enter another place and it feels great. it defenitely is possible to learn to relax it...i know as i can do it and have heard of other folk who can too......knowing your body inside and out is what its all about.
