The Starbucks here in Wilton Manors, FL (Ft. Lauderdale) is like a gay bar without alcohol. It can be very cruisey with all kinds of bulges on display. Have taken several bulgers from there home for a "afternoon delight".

Go for it. The greatest things come when you push yourself to try something new.

You can also try out the commando style by just cutting a slit in the front of the pouch. When you know you can present it, pull your stuff thru the slit and wear it behind the top layer. The slit will act like a restrainer and will help to keep you a bit chubby. When you need to conceal you then just draw it back inside the liner. Warning: by that time you may be larger from showing off and it may be a challenge to manipulate it outside of stepping into the privacy of a mens room stall. A long shirt goes a long way in these situations as well.
