Comment on my PE starting point

So I am going to do the PE excercise to get to the size that my mom didn't give me:
initial length: ~6 inches (slightly under 6 i believe)
girth: unknown (need to buy a tape)

goal:
length: 8 inches
girth: don't care as much

starting point (3 times per week)

jelp: 100
OM?
kegel: 50 hold for 5 secs
cool down

So i got another question: how many reps of OM should I start with? Any comment on other work out?:confused:

Not an answer to your question but a comment.

Many women prefer girth to length.
Hang around here long enough or read some of the old posts and you will find that out for yourself.
So you might want to reconsider your PE program.

And you can measure your girth with anything you can wrap around your penis. Mark the spot corresponding to your girth - then measure using your ruler.

No- as a beginner it's very easy to overtrain by doing more than you have to. Try to inprove the intensity of each session. When you get to weeks 5-6, you'll be able to do this exercise twice a day. When you get to the advanced levels, you'll be able to do more sets (series) or you can do more intense exercises instead.

Initial Length: 5.5 inches non-bone pressed
Initial Girth: 5.5


Goal: 7~8x6


First week
Work out 3 times a week, whole day of rest in between
Only do it in my shower time
5 mins of warm up in a warm shower, while doing 55 times 5 sec hold kegels
Then Jelp 100 times in about 50~60 % erection
Cool down by jiggling 50 times

Then oriental massage (only one session):
9 times 4 direction stretches
milk towards glan for 9 times
rotation stretches, left and right for 9 times
milk towards glan for 9 times
"thigh touching" stretches 9 times, left and right

continue my shower (cool down)

Any advises/comments on my workout? I've got 2 other questions:

1. It seems like kegel doesn't require serious warm up, just don't over do it, is this correct?
2. I read it in thunderplace that jelping in low erection (50%~60%) helps more on length, how about jelping in really low erection (almost flaccid)? I am still working on controlling it and it seems like a challenge for me to maintain mid level erection. It's either too flaccid or too hard. Is jelping while reallly hard hurts more than gain? I've read horror story that it will make you lose length.
3. Does erection level matters in oriental massage?

Kegeling doesn't require a warm up like jelqing, but I like to start with 1 second kegels to warm the muscle up a bit.

You should be about 50-80% erect while jelqing. When you first start PE'ing you should definitely be careful about the intensity of the jelqs and how hard you are. DO NOT JELQ WHEN COMPLETELY ERECT! This can lead to damage to tissue, veins, and a whole mess of other things you don't want. I know its hard when you first start but try to stay at 50%.

I personally don't know much about OM's, but go back to http://www.lpsg.org/95782-free-classic-beginners-pe-routine.html and in the 2nd post there's some video's and explanations that should clear it up for you.

Jelqing with a very low erection level turns the movement into a weak stretching exercise. If you feel yourself getting too flaccid, give your penis a light massage or do a couple of kegels to rive some blood to it. If your penis gets too erect, give it alight pinch on the glans as this will help it subside.

3. Does erection level matters in oriental massage?

Only for steps 3 and 4. For the steps before that, your penis should be flaccid.

Slow, regular speed as shown in the video will suffice. You'll get into longer, more intense stretches should you decide to do an "advanced" routine.

so i have been doing ti for a month now, here' the rountine:
kegel 5 secs hold x60, warm up in hot shower
Then standard OM for 1 set
jelq for 110
cool down

I didn't try the 2 days on one day off plan because at some point i feel sore at the base of my penis. I just work every other day, so it's about ~15 sessions so far. No significant gain except stronger PC muscle. Even the erection doesn;t seem harder, but I always have a good one so it might not be obvious.

So what now? Increasing the reps/set/intensity seems too early since I feel sore sometime (it usually goes away during the day off, so no biggie), so nkeeping doing the same routine for 2 more months?
