Common with Turkey neck?

If I get it right, turkey neck, is when the skin from the scrotum is linked higher up under the shaft , and higher up on the shaft sides.
And it does not matter if the scrotum is cold, warm or in erect mode, its still too much skin.

I think its like that for me. Also there is much more hair growing on the lower part of the shaft than the upper.

How common is this?

Does anyone know the cause and what you can do about it?

Yah you described it correctly.

I think about 50% of guys have turkey neck, to some degree.

Really, 50% of everyone globably, is alot.

Then it might be a much bigger chance that anyone reduced there turkey neck without surgery.
