Hi there, newbie here. I've learned a lot on here already in a few days. Never really heard of doing PE's since I didn't know they existed to be honest. I'm interested in doing something simple since I'm a beginner. I think I'm gonna do the one where you put your hand in the OK sign, forgot what thats called.
Anywho, main reason for this thread is I've picked up running. I run 4-6 miles a day, 3 times a week. I'm concerned about my junk getting sore or tender which will affect my running. As much as I want a bigger cock, I also want a smaller gut.
