In his early days, he showed VPL while standing up for the monilogue and it appeared he wasnKt wearing underwear (or perhaps some thin loose boxers) because you could briefly see the Mr. LPSG eof his head through pants.

I'm pissed that Conan shaved his beard upon returning from the Christmas break. His face is continually getting sharper and more angular with age (well, he's only five years older than I). Keeping the beard intact at all times would "pad" and fill out his face and provide the distraction of some nice auburn color.

Any speculations about penile size? I'm going to say 8 inches, with a wide, almost round, mushroom head. Totally unshaved pubes.
