I would like to know exactly what this condom breakage looked like.

Given his size, I wouldn't be be surprised if they used supplemental lube. And, if that lube was anything other than water-based, it may have been the cause of the breakage

Happens to me a lot and sometimes I don’t know until I pull out to change position and discover the dom rolled around the root of my cock. I may be high or drunk so I can’t tell.
