For many years, American condom makers seemed to pretend that differences in cock size didn't exist! it was next to impossible to find anything but a "standard" size, which means about 55 mm wide when flattened. Since circumference is twice this number, 110 mm equals (dividing by 25.4 mm/inch) 4.33 inch girth - about average. Much too small for someone well above average, like me. The first I found were made in Germany, sold under the name "My Size" and could be had in widths up to 69 mm (equals 5.43 inch girth). More recently, they seem to have dropped the largest size, but list 64 mm. I got mine from britishcondoms.com. But, for guys in the US, I found a great source at myonecondoms.com - give them your measurements and they'll send you a couple of free samples. Rather than the standard mm sizes, they use a code like the "Z22" on the sample they sent me, along with "another size you may prefer".
I used to hate condoms (and sometimes just refuse sex if my partner insisted) because they were just too damned tight ... but these bigger sizes are actually pretty good. Of course, my ultimate top choice is the female condom. It goes inside your partner (male or female), stays in place, and allows your cock to slide, with all that nice friction feel of "bareback." And the plastic they're made from is washable and compatible with non-water-based lubes (like my favorite Albolene) - so they can be washed and re-used. Amazon has them, see

Hope this helps - been there, done that!
