doing PE since Dez 2012 to train my Corpus Spongiosum (CS) to get it longer and improved my curvature from ~30 degrees to ~20 degrees (last measurement was on 21.3.2013, also see the photo in my gallery)

5on/2off, sometimes 6on/1off
3min warming
10-20 min bends against curvature
10-20 min jelq against curvature
10-20 min stretching in 12 clock position
5 min Mandingo stretches
3min warming
Penimaster about 4 hours per day
