I have no idea what his party affiliation nor his home state, but is this why nothing gets done in Washington?

Not to worry DV. A googling of the names shown in the photo-James E. Bruce, Susan Westrom and Robin L. Webb brought me to scads of useless information. All that aside, it also brought me to page upon page of information dealing with the Kentucky State House. Eventually, I was able to learn that "Sleepy" Bruce is a Democrat (at least he was back in 2005)
