The IRS is a government service that us Americans have to pay part of our earnings to if we work or earn money in any way, whether it be with an employer or self-employed. Conner hasn’t worked a day in his life until this OF thing he’s doing so he’s discovering how normal people go about their lives

Nothing to do with that. OF makes you fill out a W9, they report it to IRS. He made so much it raised flags since he wasn't paying quarterly like he should have. Not sure what they did, made OF withold or told him to pay up.

Apparently the highest tipper will get the unlocked photo. Which means countless people could tip him varying amounts of money & no one will get to see it as there’s no way of knowing who tipped the highest. He ain’t sending that unlocked photo to anyone.
