im a avid pumper and stretcher. i have tried it all and gain a good amount. but theres only o much that can be done naturally. I'm considering surgery to enhance girth and length. UK based and close to london. anyone got constructive help on what happens? how much can be gained? past experiences? prices? and wheres best.

You may want to research it some more. Everything I have read the actual gains are usually in the 1" range on erect length. Some guys actually lose some length if it goes wrong. be careful what you wish for.

as much as I'd love to have my penis be in the 9 inch range, I'm content with what I currently have, and anything more is a boon.

7 by 6 is already quite sturdy. Certianly in the upper measurements, while still managable for both men and women.

While I'm not the one with the money to pay for the surgery, it may still be worth looking into alternativce devices before dropping the thousands of dollars. I hear the Phallosan is only 300ish... it should help for the length goals.

ps; re; Penis enhancement - unless there have been any significant developements lately, this option only increases girth.
The average male doesn't stop growing until he's about 25 years old. (height, teeth etc) but other things do keep on growing .....

Its pretty impossible to go from 7" length to 9" length. That snipping of your cord really varies among people and some only gain .5" if anything. Your dick isn't growing. Its just falling down from your abdominal area. And I've read some instances your penis can pull up inside you. As for girth. They can do fat injections but you're really taunting nature there. It can become lumpy and your body eventually absorbs it. Your end result isnt going to look like what you think. You will look like you have a plump hot dog...not a nice strong cock that is veiny, etc. It will be obvious that you're pumping or fat injection as you cant increase the size of your penis glands to make it more natural looking.
